Brenda has been passionate about fitness since she began playing soccer when she was only 5 years old. She has her personal training certification through NASM and has worked with clients from all different ages, shapes and sizes.After getting pregnant in 2014, she was determined to stay as active as possible. She worked out until the day she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in May 2015. She was back in the gym and to her pre-baby weight in 2 weeks!Her goals are to inspire and motivate you to be the healthiest version of yourself. To her that not only means staying active, but also making it fun and effective to keep you coming back!
