Jada received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2009 and studied 100 additional hours with special attention to anatomy and philosophy.
Jada is from upstate New York and a dancer for over 18 years. She choreographed routines of all levels which ignited her passion for teaching. Coming from a dance background, stretching is a key component to each class with attention to combining the breath with each movement.
Her classes are fun, energetic and mindful encouraging students to be more confident and centered.
