Coach Java's background in fitness began with a passion for the sport of gymnastics. Throughout his competitive career he has had the privilege of training with and competing against some of the best gymnast at a national and international level. In the gym he often found himself standing in as coach which led him to pursue a career as a fitness instructor. Coach Java soon found that high intensity training allowed him to remain competitive as an athlete by learning new skills and facing new challenges. When it comes to clients, Coach Java believes a strong emphasis must be put on safety, discipline and overall enjoyment in order for them to reach their greatest potential.
