Mud Training at Mud And Lotus Training Center

45 Minutes of High Intensity Interval Training consisting of 3 stations focusing on cardio, strength and conditioning. Skiergs for cardio. Vintage style dumbbells and leather kettlebells for strength. And our unique Suples Gladiator Wall for conditioning. A combination found nowhere else in the city. This is an all levels class. No matter what level you're at, you will get stronger. You are the lotus and the lotus can't grow without the mud. See VIDEO of class.

*All shoes, coats and bags go to the back area of Mud And Lotus. 24 hour cancellation policy applies, no fee but you will lose the class.

A one on one experience here at our facility or in the comfort of your own home or home gym, with one of Mud And Lotus' amazing, informed, fun and challenging Personal Trainers. Mud and Lotus' professionals range from elite gymnasts, to professional dancers, to advanced yogis and Pilates masters. We guarantee a fulfilling experience and with your consistency & dedication to the programs our trainer's create for you, AMAZING results! Our trainers also create programs for you to do on your own if you are going on vacation as well as your off training days. Accountability and momentum are key!
