Stephanie originally hails from Boston, and moved to NYC in 2011. Growing up, Stephanie studied classical music and communications, ultimately carving out a career in Advertising and Digital Marketing. Over the years, to manage demands from her career, Stephanie always turned to her mat for both a physical workout as well as a haven for slowing down her mind. In 2015, after recuperating from an injury, Stephanie found that turning to her mat became a constant comfort, and she expanded her practice with her RYT- 200 teacher training at Pure Yoga. While training, she explored Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Experiencing these deeply healing practices ignited her love for more restorative practices with 20 hour certifications in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Seeking to further her connection and practice, Stephanie completed an addition 100-hour training in Restorative Yoga.
With a deep appreciation of her community at Pure and teachers, Yogi Charu, KK Clivio, and Mary Aranas. Today, combining all their teachings, she strives to bring a mind-body-breath connection for all her students so they too, can find tools for better health and stress and self-study on the mat in class.
